About

I work with deep thinkers and empathic people who are ready to bring what they know into the world.

Jole Berlage-Buccellati

I have spent more than three decades studying how people behave, decide, and change — first through degrees in biology, anthropology, and music, later through psychotherapy, music therapy, movement, and trauma-informed practice.

Out of this work grew the Deep Process Methodology: a way of reading the deeper patterns that shape people and organisations, and of working with them through the body as much as the mind.

I also know this territory from the inside. As a highly sensitive and deeply perceptive child, I grew up in a world of conflicting demands — a terrain that was not easy to navigate, and not always kind to difference. I learned early to doubt what I felt and saw, and to make myself smaller than I was.

For years, it seemed safer to hold back than to show what I was capable of. It took wonderful teachers, a serious life crisis, and a long apprenticeship in self-respect before I stopped treating my sensitivity as a liability and began using it as an instrument.

That is the shift I now help others make. And what I once had to learn for my own life turns out to be exactly what this moment asks of leaders.

We are living through a profound transition, and many are still navigating with maps drawn for a more predictable world. This moment asks for people who can stay centred in complexity, read what is actually going on beneath events and outcomes, and act from that reading.

Deep-thinking, perceptive people carry exactly these capacities — my work is to help them claim them, for themselves and for the organisations and communities that need them.

There are a few ways to work together: one-to-one mentoring, a speaking engagement, or through the Hub. Explore what fits, and let’s start from there.

Clarity in Complex Contexts

Grounded in trauma-informed coaching and three decades of studying how people behave, decide, and change, I guide deeply perceptive leaders — many of whom have learned, somewhere along the way, to doubt themselves and what they see. I help them reclaim their sovereignty. Engagements are one-to-one, online, and shaped together from the first conversation: precise, grounded, immediately relevant.

Qualifications

“It is the deeper structure of how courage works—it acts without guarantee, and the ripple moves on without you.”
